Photo Contest

Why photo contest?

Camera has for a while been a part of every bag, luggage, backpack. This is especially the case for tourists- the primary target group of this contest, which starts on June, the 15th. Look at Budva carefully, get to know it, discover a hidden place, note an interesting detail, spend a day searching for beauties and specifities of Budva, and in the end, bring with you memories and impressions that you will remember for a long time and, we hope, get back to it.

Theme of contest: My perfect vacation in Budva

Demonstrate us, without a single word, what is for you, an ideal vacation in Budva, but also in Jaz, Bečići, Pržno, Miločer, St. Stefan and Petrovac. What relaxes, entertains, or attracts you the most?

Duration of the contest

You can send your photos from June 15th till September 15th of 2011.

Who can take a part?

There is no limit in this sense. Although this contest is made for tourists, photos of citizens of Budva will also be accepted. One participant can send no more than three photos. Dimensions and type of photo: 21x29.7 cm in 300 dpi minimum, RGB, JPG (without compression), 13x18 cm in 300 dpi minimum, RGB, JPG (without compression).

How to apply

All interested participants can send their photos on E-mail addressfotokonkurs@budva.travel. All photos that arrive will be published on web site of Tourist Organization of Budva.

How will we get the winner?

All photos that arrive till 15th September will be published on Facebook profile of TOB. Voting of Facebook profile visitors will last 15 days, and 10 photos that get “liked” the most, will go into the final. After that, on October the 3rd, jury made from representatives of TOB and also two qualified jurors, will choose one winning photo.

Rewards

The winning photo will be awarded with seven-day stay for two (bed and breakfast), in one of Budva hotels. The winning arrangement will be valid for the season 2012. Ten photos that make to the final, will be published in one of brochures/flayers of TOB with marked names of authors.

• TOB keeps the right to accept or not, photo that does not meet the theme of this contest, or that does not satisfy technical minimum of defined criteria.
• It is strictly forbidden setting (sending) photos of offensive or pornographic character.
• Winners will be published on web site of TOB and also informed by e-mail.
• Author of photo has inalienable rights of copyright, and these are defined by valid law. It is strictly forbidden copying of this contest without authors permission.
• TOB will not not take responsibility in case that these right will be broken, by a third person.
• TOB has the right to use all published photos only as a part of it's web site and also promotion materials in any form and any media. In that case TOB will endeavor to state name of the author, but does not take responsibility if editorship of other media does not act like this. In this case TOB will be free of any claim from author.
• Photos sent by participants must be taken by authors ie. they must be authors of these photos.
• If you send your photo to photo contest, you accept conditions mentioned in previous items.
